The Office of Drug Control (ODC) is seeking comments from interested parties on the proposed Medicinal Cannabis Cost Recovery Framework.

The ODC, over a period of 6 months, has undertaken a comprehensive review of the Medicinal Cannabis Cost Recovery Framework. The ODC has hosted six engagements sessions in the period November 2019 through to February 2020 to share preliminary findings and seek feedback. The Discussion Paper presents the findings of that review, summarises the changes that the ODC proposes to make to the Medicinal Cannabis Cost Recovery Framework and seeks further feedback from stakeholders.
The Discussion Paper and invitation for written submissions continues the public consultation.
Submissions may address any, or all of the matters contained in the Discussion Paper.
