This year we will be establishing an online portal, making it easier and more convenient for you to do business with us. This is part of our commitment to delivering more transparent, evidence and risk-based regulation, while reducing the regulatory burden on industry.
We will keep you informed and will be inviting your input as this work progresses. We will also provide clear information and support through the changes.
Portal online mid-2024
From mid-2024, you will be able to log in to the online portal, create and manage an account for your organisation, and submit licence applications directly to the ODC on digital forms as they are developed. During the year, more digital forms and enhanced functionality is expected to be added enabling you to complete a range of tasks more quickly and conveniently online.

The portal is currently being designed to make it simpler and easier for you to do business with us, and to know where we are up to with your applications and requests.
