Compliance and Enforcement Framework released

We have released our first ever Compliance and Enforcement Framework. The framework will help people with ODC licences to understand their legal obligations when dealing with controlled drugs.

It also touches on our risk-based approach to compliance and enforcement for activities undertaken by regulated narcotic drug industries in Australia.
