Infringement notice list
Infringement notices (fines) issued by the Office of Drug Control.
We are responsible for ensuring the effective compliance of licence and permit holders under the Narcotic Drugs Act 1967. Non-compliance may be detected through monitoring activities such as site inspections. These infringement notices provide a warning to licence holders to take compliance seriously.
If you suspect non-compliance in relation to medicinal cannabis cultivation or manufacture, you can report potentially illegal or questionable practices to us using our ODC tip-off form.
