ODC Tip-off form

Use this form to report potential suspicious or illegal activity by a business or person licensed by the ODC to:

  • cultivate or produce cannabis for medicinal or research purposes
  • manufacture medicinal cannabis products
  • manufacture narcotic drugs (such as poppy straw, opiates and so on).   

You can also use the form to report potential suspicious or illegal activity by a person employed by, or associated with, a licence holder.

Your report can be anonymous, or you can leave your name so we can contact you for more details.

Completing this form helps us keep the system fair for everyone.
