Introduction

The Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958 allow for the export of otherwise prohibited substances with the permission of the administering agencies.

The ODC administers the following regulations:

  • Regulation 10, 10A, 10B, and 10AB: Narcotic, Psychotropic Drugs and Precursor Chemicals.
