The Department of Health and Aged Care (the Department) collects your personal information in the course of performing its functions, including to provide business services for the Office of Drug Control (ODC) via the Health Business Services portal.
If you do not provide your personal information, we will be unable to provide you with access to the relevant ODC services via the Health Business Services portal.
In most cases, we will collect your personal information directly from you. Where we collect personal information about you from a third party, we will only do so with your consent or as authorised by law.
The Department will not disclose your personal information to any overseas recipients.
